Technical Assistance treaty with Gemini Fleet Command

To all interested parties, iam very pleased to announce that 9th Fleet has offered the above mentioned treaty to Gemini Fleet Command. Gemini Fleet Command have very kindly agreed to this.

This will herald a new partnership including Bridge Commander and Role Playing between our two fleets.

Fleet members are advised that Gemini Fleet Command representative is Captain Diesel.

Yeah things are running smooth. so smooth infact that im putting in a requistion for some orion slaves so thy can help me with some "admin" work, its tough being the Cheif...

I may add some alcohol to that requition, dont think you can be very diplomatic with that synthol crap
