I am Lord Fyasko of the Risen Phoenix Fleet.

I bring good tidings and a hand of friendship to the Ninth Fleet on behalf of Overlord Da and the rest of the Risen Phoenix Command Staff. My organization does not currently play any Star Trek Games, but we are cut from the mold of the now defunct XIth Fleet Spartan Vanguard. The Risen Phoenix fully intends on establishing a foot hold in Star Trek Online, once it is released. As is such, we are old ST Gamers and understand the value of good communications, especially with other fleets.

Our membership currently plays Pirates of the Burning Sea and Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3.
As per your posted requirements, The Risen Phoenix currently has a Command Staff of 8, with a membership body of 22.

I'm sorry but is that supposed to be a good thing?

It means that we, the Brotherhood of the Risen Phoenix, are former officer of the old XIth Fleet-Spartan Vanguard. The Spartan Vanguard ceased to exist in September 2008. We are a totally different fleet with our own identity. We are "cut from the mold", meaning that we know how to conduct ourselves in all areas of Diplomacy and Warfare.

We have had some interesting dealings with the old XI Spartan Vanguard in the past. So of course I have to wonder what we are dealing with now.

I speak for my fleet that I apologize if your dealings with my former employer were of a negative nature. You will find that the Risen Phoenix is of honorable character, friendly nature and steadfast allegiance to all who greet us accordingly.
