With Admiral Hunter's permission, I have begun the process of moderating a mission on Aurora fleet's forums...hopefully this will lead to even more inter-fleet relations in the future.

Not a bad idea but I would like to recommend training a moderator on their end so they can conduct RP independently. It definitely does foster good relations but I wouldn't want you or any other 9th officers overextended in their duties.
