Considering that you are now the CO of the 1st Squadron, and due to your meritorious efforts in the fleet, I hereby promote you to the rank of Commander, with all of the rights and duties therein. Congratulations!
Lieutenant Commander Triptyx, please step forward. I have noticed that your 3rd Squadron forum has been looking more "operational" and easy to deal with organizational wise. Also, you have started to become a vital asset to the fleet, lending help when you can.
