Does 9th fleet use in game circular messages? in other words are we ok to post questions or requests for help etc via ogame's CM?
Havent seen one CM yet so didnt know

The odd CM is okay, but the main way to get something across is via these forums, in the browser based games --> Ogame --> Kassiopeia
make a status thread there like the rest of us, and you can post any problems you have there...
