Welcome to 9th fleet!
Stay away from Docking Port 86, there's something there, and we're not quite sure what it is yet. It followed the U.S.S. Temporal Storm during a time jump, and ended up stuck in the docking area.
Also stay away from the South Wing unless you want Intercity or others to become evil and rise against you.
