Site Theme Issues - TEMPORARILY Busted

Due to the process of updates to phpBB, it was necessary to reset the themes for the 9th site to default. This is unfortunate, but necessary due to the core phpBB changes and necessary to get the site back online.

Command has been informed of this and was aware this would happen, and that we would need to modify our base theme(s) of Digi and such as well to restore the logos for 9th and to get back to the way it was before.

I tried every way to *avoid* this, but could not get it to work properly. So, with Command approval, we're online, albeit with the "Prosilver" theme for now, but I've pushed the Prosilver Dark theme in so it's more aesthetically nicer. Hopefully we can theme the site better in the near future, and apologies for any inconveniences this causes!
