Salutations to 9th Fleet

Greetings to all officers of the distinguished 9th Fleet.

It's been too long since we visited you. It is important that we keep in touch so as to always have the opportunity to know each other better, therefore being able to give more weight and value to our officialized relationship.

What exists already between Lotus Fleet and 9th Fleet is definitely beyond the simple friendly attitude we both endeavor to maintain with all other fleets. It is a reationship we have started to build on serious terms and wich we have not engaged in lightly nor with that many other fleets.

Indeed, on our part, you don't even need a full hand to count the fleets we have agreed to formally associate ourselves. This makes our particular relationship with 9th Fleet that much more valuable and significant.

With the launch of STO just around the corner, it is therefore important that we reach out to one another, be it through interfleets events, roleplaying or simply dropping to say Hi on each others threads and forums.

So here's our big hello, and extending a warm welcome to all of your officers to come and visit us.
