Greetings, I am CDel (see' dell), Commodore and head of diplomacy and recruitment for the Omicron Fleet (OMF). We're looking to establish diplomatic ties with other fleets in preparation for the launch of STO. I'd love to get a dialogue going between our two fleets, with the intention of forming a pact or agreement of some sort, because there's no such thing as having too many allies.
