Happy New Year 9th Fleet.

In reply to D.Roberts question we are looking more for war game/ fleet training partners’ i.e. 20/20 fleet action, and then we all jump on a vent server and discuss which tactical works best and which just don't work. Also we may want to take it further in the future when we see how this game works.

I would like to share this with you, please present this to your fleet leadership. what your referring to in our terms is a 3. Technical Assistance treaty. We feel it best to wait on signing this till after beta comes out and our inter fleet cooperation is proven in open space. please take this as an assurance what ever we will sign is in both our best interest. In addition to that if you wish to get something going now we are prepared to offer a 2. Non Aggression pact with The British Guard.

1. Neutrality,
9th Fleet will not engage in either side of a clan engagement if both parties have formal treaties have been partaken into. Enacted when 9th fleet feels that a fleet engagement is localized and only between two fleets / organizations and that relations are valued with both parties.

2. Non Aggression,
9th Fleet will not engage in anger, will limit its relations to friendly engagements, server side or forum based. 9th Fleet will not intervene in fleet disputes.

3. Technical Assistance,
9th Fleet will be open to training of external units, combined actions, and limited support of pact operations. 9th Fleet will offer cross fleet exercises, RP or other, and assist other fleets where possible not in an engagement scenario.

4. Mutual Protection,
Same benefits as Technical Assistance but with the addition of fleet support in times of need.

5. Alliance,
Full and open relations between two or more organizations. To include training, technical assistance, inter fleet cooperation, resources where applicable.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, my fleet will be discussing this later today at our board meeting, but the currently feeling is to wait till head start/retail and taking the option of Technical Assistance.
