Greetings to you from the Omega Fleet!

I am Radoorid Foxvain I bring you peacefull greetings from the Omega Fleet
I currently am an Engsin of the Exploration & Tactical Division of Omega fleet. With the permission of Adm Farrior (who heads my division) I have been assinged to the 9th Fleet as an ambassador to the grand 9th Fleet!
it is my deepest hope that we can have a successful and a fruitful alliance! We stand ready to respond to your reply!
