Ninth Fleet Headquarters, Deep Space 9

I played for awhile with a friend on a new server, was top 500 for awhile then quit playing due to time constraints. Another friend (cegnor) recently got me back into the game and has been helping me to catch up on this server. He also told me to put in an application here for an alliance so here I am. I do intend to play rather offensively, however I always keep in mind I am hitting other people so I don't overdo it. I intend to help assist anyone I can if needed as well.
