I just wanted to say a quick Hi to all my old SFC3 friends in the ninth.
We had some fun tonight blasting away at Ryker and Sharpe.
Holler at us if you ever need a few extra on an STF or want to pvp some.

What are your current procedures, rules, ect, for beginning diplomatic relations? Diamont has supplied the senior officers with the info about levels of treaties and such, but how do we go about getting this started?

The Black Watch will be at the ST CON in Nashville this weekend. If you are going, please find us. At least 3 of us will be wearing official TBW gear, hats, shirts, ect. You should have no trouble spotting us. Hope to see you there.
