Ninth Fleet Headquarters, Deep Space 9

As a few of you from the UFC have heard, the Ninth Fleet is trying to start up our weekly event again called "Civil War". What we are trying to do is do a 24 hr PVP event. We will have 3 groups running at the same time, Beginners, Intermediate, and Expert. Beginners and Intermediate are basically PVP training for those not comfortable PVPing. At the end of the event 1 group will be chosen as the winning group. In each room we will have a mediator. That person is chosen to make sure that everyone is following by the rules of that room. For the Beginner and Intermediate rooms the mediator will also be the trainer for their room.
