I will be unable to play STO for a while; when a builder came to re-plaster the ceiling, he moved my router, and in the process ripped half of my ethernet cable, so until I buy a tool with which to re-attach the clip, I'm stuck at 0.25Mbps download speed.

EDIT: After fixing my ethernet cable, my speed was still terrible; after contacting my ISP I found out the issue is at my telephone exchange.
