Greetings 9th Fleet,

I am Senior Captain Twisted Diplomacy Executive Officer of Federation Command. I came here today just to say hello and ask how are you. I have been Assigned to be your future Diplomat for the near future so i would very much like to get to know each other in the coming months.

Federation Command has just recently Branched out to the new Armada 3 Mod and we still play Star Trek Online every now and then. Maybe we could set some games up for the near future
