Ninth Fleet Headquarters, Deep Space 9

Just a quick note. After some headaches, a lot of hard work and reconfiguring/debugging, the 9th Fleet forums are back online.
This coming year shall be busy for us and I hope many of our officers will be able to take part in this rebuilding process.
The style of the forum is not yet sorted out, but I shall be working on that over the coming week or two.

Anyone who has off site contact info for other members who might not know about the new site, please spread the word.

The .com site should be redirecting to the .net site shortly. So all should be redirected here regardless. But it would be nice to inform people we are not down and out yet!

And in the chance that this doesn't happen in an expedient way, this'll happen by the end of January - ECGadget here is aware entirely of what's going on with regards to this.

Also, in other news, we've got a bunch of backend changes to make things behave a little better, so we hope that this will help to curtail 'badness' on the site so we won't have to worry about things being overtaken by spam, etc. Which, I believe, was a problem a while ago. Hopefully we can quash this now.

Glad we're back online though, and thanks for all the time put in by many for the effort to get us back online again!
